This beautiful apartment of about 70 square meters is located on the ground floor of an historic building in the area “Rione Monti” and a few steps from the Colosseum. The apartment has antique furniture and consists of a living room with arched ceilings and a fresco-like painting, a kitchenette, a bathroom, a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower, and a small terrace.  The bedroom has a walk-in closet and a double bed (160cm x 190cm), bedside tables and a small cabinet. The large living room has a double sofa bed, two armchairs and a pouf, and a kitchenette, small but well equipped with refrigerator, microwave, electric stove and cutlery and crockery for six people. 

A patio door in the living room leads to a small terrace that looks onto a quiet and green court- yard.  The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and heating. Maintenance service, maid service upon request.
