This beautiful and charming private villa is situated in a panoramic position in what is considered the pearl of the coast –“Positano”.  The interior of the villa dates back to 1600 and has been restored less than 10 years ago. The interior is furnished with wooden antique furniture that blends in well with the bright colours of the house. The property allows its guests to enjoy the beauty of the coast without sacrificing comfort. The villa has breathtaking views that can be admired from its terrace. Its central position on one hand allows guests to have a 180° view over all of Positano and the other to reach the “Grande Spiaggia” and the main square (piazza principale) in only a few minutes.  The property also has private parking, a very rare feature in Positano.  Please Note: when the property is rented in this solution, other guests may be present in the other apartment.

Interior

The villa is on one floor and the main entrance is reachable directly from the private parking via 70 steps. The entrance leads into the living room with a large window and direct access to the large panoramic terrace. The house is composed of: dining room, kitchen, a twin bedroom with joinable beds and a double bedroom both with direct access to the terrace, a bathroom with shower and two bathrooms with bath tub.  Air conditioning (all bedrooms and living room).

Grounds

The terrace is directly accessible from the living room and bedrooms and is about 60 sqm. It is the best place from which to appreciate the beautiful scenery of Positano, while enjoying a glass of wine and the sunset. The terrace is equipped with table, chairs, deck chairs and umbrella.
