The spacious dining room and living room both benefit from a cozy wood-burning stove, and stunning views can be admired from the window seats. The garden room affords panoramic views and is the perfect place in which to sit and relax – the double doors open onto the barbecue deck during the long summer evenings. There is an abundance of wildlife to be seen from the cottage and in the surrounding countryside including pheasants, partridges, rabbits, hares, squirrels, red and roe deer and many species of wild birds. This is the perfect location for friends and family to meet up and enjoy this area with all it has to offer.  The cottage forms part of a former, small farming settlement, comprising the owner’s home and a few other buildings set in an acre of beautiful gardens.

By prior arrangement with the owner your stay can be tailored to your needs, the wine cooler can be stocked with a selection of drinks and pre-ordered groceries delivered. A delicious, cooked meal can also be waiting and the wood-burning stoves lit, ensuring that your holiday exceeds expectations right from the start.
