Property Description
This large, gorgeous and recently renovated mews house is on three floors and has five bedrooms and four bathrooms. It can sleep 10 (plus a child) but 8 is recommended for maximum comfort. It is Air-conditioned, and has some under-floor heating.  It has a characteristic, yet contemporary décor. It has been decorated with stylish high end furnishings that have charm, warmth and character. The hardwood floors are beautifully done in a fashionable white-wash, and French doors lead from the main room to a large back garden. There is also a top floor balcony. This is a Strictly Non-Smoking property.  Wi-fi Internet access is available, as well as a laptop. Check-out time is 10.30, check-in time 14.30. Earlier check-in can only be guaranteed by paying for an extra night.

Livingroom
The ground floor has been well arranged in an open plan which makes it particularly ideal for entertaining. There is a huge L-shaped sofa in the sitting area, a long dining table that seats up to 12 and a professional-standard kitchen area with the latest equipment. The French doors open into the backyard with its patio, water feature and attractive plants and flowers.  There is a table and chairs for eating outside or relaxing. The entertainment corner has a 42″ flat screen TV with Sky channels, a DVD player, video and stereo.
Kitchen
The beautiful and spacious black and white kitchen area has plenty of cupboard and storage space with a double gas stove, oven, microwave, American style fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the storage room on the ground floor.
Bedrooms
The bedrooms are on the second and third floors as well as a study with a sofa bed. The spacious master bedroom on the top floor has a queen sized bed, large fitted wardrobe with drawers, flat screen TV, access to the balcony and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is smaller and on the same floor, and also with access to the balcony, has a double bed, fitted wardrobe and a flat screen TV. On the middle floor, the third very large bedroom has a queen sized bed and a separate single bed, plus a desk, TV and a wardrobe. The fourth bedroom is also en-suite and has a double bed, fitted double wardrobe and a desk. The study has a double sofa bed and a desk.
Bathrooms
The en-suite master bathroom on the top floor has double wash basins, a bathtub with a hand shower, a shower cubicle and a WC. The second bathroom on the same floor has a wash basin, shower cubicle and WC. The third en-suite bathroom on the first floor has a wash basin, shower cubicle and WC. The fourth bathroom on the same floor has a wash basin, a bathtub with a wall shower and WC. All the bathrooms are elegantly finished in white and black marble and all but one have under floor heating. There is a further WC with a wash basin on the ground level.
