This is a loft style apartment in the historical city center of Florence. It is located on the first floor – without elevator – with 30 steps. The loft is part of a bigger apartment if you have a larger group and can be internally connected to 2 other apts. The optimal location makes this apartment a fabulous choice for visiting Florence at your leisure.

The Apartment is (50 mq / 538.20 sq ft) with one double bedroom (bed of 180cm which is King size) and one full bathroom with shower. From the main entrance door you enter a small hallway which has access to two studios, one of these is your apt.  When you enter the apartment you find the living room with parquet floors and white furnishings in Occitan style. Besides the single sofa bed, in the living room, there is dining table and a little kitchenette with hot plates and a refrigerator, without a dishwasher. By utilizing the white wooden staircase you have access to the bedroom, in which there is a double bed.  In the apartment there is air conditioning. The bathroom has an interesting shower with exposed stone walls. In the entrance you will find the hallway that is in common with the other apartment, in which there is a communal washing machine.

This apartment is an ideal loft for two people looking for a simple but well-finished apartment with an optimal location in the city center. Despite the proximity to main monuments (Uffizi Museum, Palazzo Vecchio and The Duomo) in the apartment you cannot tell that you’re in the city center, since almost no noise reaches the loft. The apartment is within walking distance from the main points of interest in Florence and from all services the city offers.

Pricing Information: For rentals over 30 days utilities are included until 70.00€ per month. YVH service fee.
- Not included in the price: city tax (2.50€ per person only over the age of 12 – per night for the first 7 nights), telephone calls, utility bills for rentals over 30 days if exceeding 70.00€ per month (charges based on meter readings).

Security Deposit:
 All clients staying up to 14 days will have to grant 300.00€ as a deposit with a valid credit card, while for stays between 14 days and 60 days the guests will have to grant 1000.00€ as deposit with a valid credit card (prepaid cards are not accepted). For rentals over 60 days special conditions apply.
