This property is ideally situated in the heart of one of the greatest wine regions France has to offer – Aquitaine and the Gironde which is famous for Bordeaux and Saint Emilion wines! It is also just a 5 minute walk to one of the oldest wine properties in the region, and a range of restaurants and bars at Les Sources de Caudalie where a world famous spa is also located.  It is also not far to the fabulous port city of Bordeaux –the capital of the region which was voted Best European city in 2015.  The historic city of Bordeaux is home to the newly opened Cite du Vin in the centre of the city – a museum dedicated only to wine! Bordeaux is also famous for its stunning architecture and abundance of bars, shops and restaurants, namely within the Saint-Pierre district and along the rue Sainte-Catherine pedestrian zone.  This is a beautiful region full of wonderful places to visit.  To the west, the bays and beaches in and around towns such as Arcachon, Pyla-sur-Mer and Cap Ferret provide a stark contrast to the vineyards further inland and make for an excellent day trip. Whether you are wine tasting, sightseeing, surfing, or simply enjoying the villa’s tranquil surroundings, your stay in the heart of Aquitaine will be one to remember!

The villa has a fully-enclosed and beautifully-maintained garden which is perfect for long, lazy afternoons in the sunshine, or under the shade of mature pine trees.  In the evening you can enjoy meals on the charming outdoor decked terrace which overlooks the pool. Inside, the open-plan layout creates a comfortable living environment, and a real sense of luxury is created by the impressive contemporary furnishings throughout.

The villa comes equipped with bed linen and towels, cutlery, utensils and usual furnishings required for a self -catering rental.  Final cleaning is included (this is a clean that reflects reasonable use of the property).  There is a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and other modern conveniences.
