Sleeps 2-4 (4 night minimum) –  Low season (Late November – March 31st) starting from 156 euro per night

High season  (July – early September) from 203 euro per night.  All charges are included, final cleaning, bath towels and bed linen are provided.  Extra is the city tax of a few euro per person upon arrival.

This beautiful renovated little house is a perfect place for relaxing and for exploring the Burgundy region of France.  It is 2 minutes walk from the historical centre of Beaune in the in incredible wine region of Burgundy.
This small house is fully renovated and tastefully decorated. Its walled garden is a peaceful refuge. It is perfect for one couple or a family,and is furnished and equipped for up to 4 people.  The house is renovated as if it were a modern loft and the main level has a modern fully-equipped kitchen, which gives way to a large living room which is nice and bright. This opens onto a small Mediterranean-style enclosed courtyard, with a large tree, two small olive trees and some shrubs.
On the first floor there is a fairly large bedroom, in soft tones, which adjoins a very chic Italian-style shower room… And then a mezzanine with two twin beds. A very cozy small space for extra guests if you have them.

The house is equipped with Wifi access, 2 flat-screen TVs (lounge and bedroom), a multimedia player (DVD, iPhone, etc.). The kitchen is equipped with all the modern appliances, in particular a Nespresso machine (remember to bring your own capsules!). There is also a barbecue. A nice wood stove will warm your winter evenings (a supply of logs is provided). On request, you can use a covered parking space.
