From the wonderful terrace you enter in the living room with a kitchenette and dining table, in which there is also a fireplace, a sofa, and some arm chairs. The kitchen in fully equipped and is furnished in a contemporary style, in fact, the drawers and cabinets have been designed to resemble antique chests, and the countertop is stainless steel. 
On the right side, nearby the kitchen, there is the first half bathroom. Following, you can find the first bedroom, decorated in shades of blue, with a double bed (180 cm / 71 in) which can be divided. Continuing, you can find the second bedroom, decorated in shades of beige with a double bed (180 cm / 71 in) which can be divided as well. This bedroom has also an en-suite bathroom with shower, which also has access from the corridor. The third bedroom has a double bed of 160 cm / 63 in which cannot be divided. The last bedroom has a double bed (160 cm / 63 in) that cannot divided. The third bathroom with bath tub is at the end of the corridor, and is decorated in white marble and Corian.

Not included in the price: Tourist tax of €2.50 per person (over the age of 12) per night, for the first 7 nights, utilities of water, electricity, and gas (for rentals over 30 days) if exceeding €250.00;
Security Deposit:
All clients staying up to 14 days will have to grant 300.00€ as a deposit with a valid credit card, while for stays between 14 days and 60 days guests will have to grant 1000.00€ as a deposit with a valid credit card (prepaid cards are not accepted). For rentals over 60 days special conditions apply.
