The apartment has hard-wood floors and a spacious and comfortable living area with a sofa, arm chairs, coffee table, large flat-screen, and dining table. It also has a large, modern fully equipped open plan kitchen with oven, 5-pit stove, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge and all the necessary kitchen utensils.

3 bedrooms – One bedroom is open and located at the back of the apartment and has twin beds. Two bedrooms are located at the lower level of the apartment which is accessible by open stairs. Both these bedrooms come with twin beds and small en-suite bathrooms with separate shower bath and sink. A separate toilet is located in the hall of the lower level. This apartment is located on the ground floor and lower ground floor.
