This is a spacious (110 m2) 3 bedroom luxury apartment located in the Eixample neighborhood, and is perfect for 6 guests.   The apartment is very bright, features an exposed brick wall and has been decorated in a luxurious yet laid-back style. The location also offers easy access to public transportation so in just a few minutes you can reach the major tourist attractions around the city.

The apartment also has an open kitchen that comes fully equipped as well as an oven-microwave, glass-ceramic stove, coffee machine, toaster, etc. There is also high speed WIFI and a satellite TV.

• 3 double rooms: One room with a double bed (suite) // two rooms with two single beds.
• Living room of 50 m2 with a sofa-bed (160 × 200 cm), table and chairs.
• 2 bathrooms with a shower.
• Fully equipped kitchen: fridge, oven, kettle, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and all necessary cooking utensils (including: dishes, tableware, glasses, pots, etc.).

• In this apartment groups of young people under the age of 25 are not allowed.
Refundable Deposit
At the time of check-in guests will sign a contract that holds them responsible for any damage incurred on the apartment during their stay.
Late Arrival
There is no additional fee for arrivals after 10:00 PM. We have an auto check-in system where we provide the guest with a special code in order to access the apartment.
