Sleeps 12 persons – Price – Starts at 5690 euro per week – 7 bedroom, 6 bathroom – Rentals -Saturday to Saturday normally but can be rented for (minimum four nights) at certain times of the year. Security Deposit-   A 600 Euro security deposit is required. This spacious, stylish and luxuriously renovated farmhouse in Andalucia is only a 10 minute drive from our favourite town in Spain – Ronda!  It is set on private 14 acres of mature trees, fruit orchards, wild flowers and even a horse paddock!  It faces west with magnificent views and has been furnished to the highest standard!  Only 2 kms to a market town, and Jerez, Sevilla, and the Costa del Sol are all only 1.5 hrs away!   This villa is wonderful and retains its original character! There is a cobbled courtyard with fountain in front within its high perimeter walls, as well as outdoor dining facilities. At the back a shaded colonnade with outdoor furniture allows plenty of spots to sit and relax.  There is covered parking for four cars. The magnificent, walled pool garden is a 200 metres away and has an immaculately maintained and gated 12 m x 6 m swimming pool.   Two pergolas offer  bar, dining and kitchen facilities in one plus private shower / W.C. and changing facilities in the other. This renovated Spanish Farmhouse is – spacious, serene, and offers calm and relaxation in laid-back luxury and comfort. It is Family friendly too since there are so many outdoor spaces to play in, and because there are few steps it’s also an easy house for the less mobile.
The house stays naturally cool in summer with its terracotta floors, it is also warm and comfortable in winter with log fires and underfloor heating throughout. There is a library of books, Bose Wave music machines and WiFi , as well as satellite TV, DVD and video too.
The attractive hallway leads through to the kitchen and to the living / dining room. A wide stairway leads up to the first floor bedrooms.
Kitchen –Large, bright and charming with all the equipment – including two dishwashers, two fridge / freezers, two electric ovens and a six burner gas stove, microwave, toaster, juicer, kettle, coffee pot, cooking utensil, cutlery and crockery. It is also has a fast cycle “American washing machine”
Lounge / dining room – Lovely and spacious,  with windows on all sides and doors opening to the terraces. White sofas are arranged around the fireplace, and there is a magnificent dining table for fourteen. There are books, a quality Bose Wave Music System (CD player and radio), Satellite TV, DVD player and VCR.
5 Bedrooms:  on the first floor, all with luxury beds, duvets, high quality bed linen and pillows.  All in white with terracotta floors.   King size beds, white cotton sheets, big bathrobes and towels, large baths and showers add elegance and style
Master bedroom – large and luxurious King (or can be 2 twins) double with en-suite bathroom.  With shower and a bath tub.  Balcony with views, an open fireplace and a Bose Wave music system.
Bedroom 2- king sized (can be twins) with balcony views and spacious en-suite bathroom (bath and shower).
Bedroom 3 – King sized (can be twins) bedroom  with garden views. Large en-suite bathroom (with bath and shower).  The room is spacious enough for a child’s bed to be accommodated.
Bedroom 4  –  queen sized bedroom with en-suite bathroom  (shower over the bathtub). Overlooks gardens out back.
Bedroom 5  – the smallest, a single (2m x 1m) with no en-suite facilities. Pretty  with view over the garden, and the bathroom of bedroom 4 is next door, so easily shared.
Bedroom 6 – in a separate studio apartment on the ground floor of the main house.
The apartment has a queen sized bedroom with French doors leading to a private courtyard.  It has a shower room (with bath and shower), kitchenette / living room (with a sofa bed too). Ideal annexe for teenagers perhaps, or for staff.
Bedroom 7 – accessed via a separate entrance in the main house.  Single downstairs room with en-suite bathroom.
Whether you come to relax with family and friends, to explore Andalucía and its colourful cities or to celebrate a special occasion we can help make your holiday for you! From Andalusian cooking courses to writing or art courses, to business brainstorming retreats etc. Clients arrange their own course leader, and the staff will arrange outside activities, catering, transport and excursions. The house is also ideal for wedding receptions!
Other services are:  airport pick up, a car and driver, guides, catering, massage or yoga, babysitting etc. – just ask ! Activities such as walks and picnics, riding, skiing, paragliding, hot air ballooning, tennis and golf can often be arranged for you.
Other things to do:  visiting a bull breeding farm, going to a poncho factory, watching olive oil being pressed, visiting a local bodega or having a flamenco evening arranged at the house.  You will receive local knowledge about the best restaurants and tapas bars to eat in and what’s going on at the time!  The house staff are here to help.

Notes- Weather permitting, the swimming pool is open throughout the year due to Solar Heating (the normal swimming season is from April to September / October.
