This wonderful and quiet 70 sqm apartment is on the second floor (3rd Floor – North America) without elevator is composed of two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, laundry room and two bathrooms.
The living room opens to a kitchenette, a sofa bed, a table with six chairs and a TV corner.
