It had a house and cottage on the property with a gorgeous pool and magnificent
views. What was key, was that we were in the dead center of each town that we wanted
to visit, so it allowed us to take them all in as day trips and then relax at the
end of the day at the pool with a bottle of the local wine. While it slept 10, we
were only a party of 7 and it cost us under $500 Cdn each (would have been under
$400 ea per wk if we had 10)!! Carol was invaluable as we waded thru her huge catalogue
of properties since she had stayed at many and was able to advise us of which ones
where better than others and why. Her site just shows a random sample, but she has
about 150 spots in Tuscany alone”
