Maison Salazac is a beautiful newly renovated OLD stone Mas that can comfortably sleep 14-15 people. It is a private and quietly situated property surrounded by hills and vineyards. It is located on a large domaine about 45 km N.W. of Avignon, and half way between the village of Goudargues, and the town of Bagnols-S-Ceze. It is perfect for a large family or group who seek calm and serenity yet want to be able to visit all of the important sights of the region. Use of a vehicle is required – Goudargues is 8 min. away by car.
DESCRIPTION OF ACCOMODATION:
Livingroom/Diningroom:Has exposed stone walls, wooden beams, tiled floors. It is comfortable and well decorated. Fireplace. French doors open onto garden. Large Dining table, and 14 chairs. The television receives UK channels. French doors open westward onto south facing courtyard which has it’s own very large covered terrace with table tennis.
Kitchen: Newly renovated, and well equipped kitchen with stove, 2 fridges, freezer, dishwasher, microwave. Opens to patio and pool area.
Utility Room: machine, ironing board, iron.
7 Bedrooms:
  • 1 with King sized bed, with balcony overlooking hills.
  • 2 with Queen sized beds one with en-suite bathroom.
  • 4 bedrooms with twin beds (two of which can be zipped together to make king-size bed)
  • 1 extra travel cot
- All bedrooms have pleasant views, and ample storage space.
3 Bathrooms: with WC on the upper floor, 1 shower room with WC upper floor, one WC and shower on main floor.

Covered parking for 5 cars

Large south-facing covered terrace overlooking pool. Garden area with second covered terrace and outdoor eating area, lawn and enclosed swimming pool, of 6 X 12m, BBQ. Billard/ Pool Room.

INCLUDED:Electricity and firewood, linen, towels. Extra: telephone and extra cleaning @ 15 Euro/hr.

Extra services available and payable upon request – babysitting, chef on request, bi-lingual walking tours.
